This is a Vietnamese dish made of rice noodles, meat (chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, or fish), with fish sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, spring onions, turmeric, and a variety of fresh herbs (basil, mint, cilantro). Traditionally Mi Quang is garnished with roasted peanuts, chilis, lime, and sesame rice crackers. Mi Quang is traditionally eaten for lunch.
