Directions : Mango Sour Recipe

STEP 1.Peel and chop mango in 2-3 inch chunks.

STEP 2.Add in mango, garlic, pepper, salt, and water in a small pot and bring to a rapid boil for 10-15 minutes.

STEP 3.Reduce flame and simmer it until the mangoes turn soft and are evenly cooked.

STEP 4.Mash the mangoes and let the mixture cool.

STEP 5.5 - add in a dash of vinegar and mix everything well.
