Ingredients for Mango Sour Recipe

  • 2 cup green unripened mango, chopped
  • 3 No.s garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 No.s wiri wiri peppers or scotch bonnet
  • 1/2 As required tsp salt
  • 2.25 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar

Directions: Mango Sour Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel and chop mango in 2-3 inch chunks.
  • STEP 2.Add in mango, garlic, pepper, salt, and water in a small pot and bring to a rapid boil for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Reduce flame and simmer it until the mangoes turn soft and are evenly cooked.
  • STEP 4.Mash the mangoes and let the mixture cool.

  • STEP 5.5 - add in a dash of vinegar and mix everything well.
