Directions : Katsudon Recipe

STEP 1.Cut the tonkatsu into stripes

STEP 2.In a frying pan add dashi , soy sauce , sake ,a mirin and boil

STEP 3.Add the tonkatsu stripes and beat egg then pour over it

STEP 4.Cover and cook for 1 minute

STEP 5.Slide tonkatsu and egg over a rice bowl

STEP 6.Top with nori and serve
