- As required green onions, chopped
- As required Steamed Rice
- As required roasted seaweed , thinly sliced

How to Make Katsudon Recipe
STEP 01
Cut the tonkatsu into stripes
STEP 02
In a frying pan add dashi , soy sauce , sake ,a mirin and boil
STEP 03
Add the tonkatsu stripes and beat egg then pour over it
STEP 04
Cover and cook for 1 minute
STEP 05
Slide tonkatsu and egg over a rice bowl
STEP 06
Top with nori and serve
