Directions : Kasutera Recipe

STEP 1.Heat the oven to 370c

STEP 2.Beat eggs with sugar in 3 parts for 10mins

STEP 3.In a bowl mix milk and honey, heat lukewarm to melt the honey

STEP 4.Stif the bread flour and set aside

STEP 5.Add half of mik mixture with egg mixture and add breadflour

STEP 6.Give a good mix by hand with spatula.

STEP 7.Line a paper on a baking sheet

STEP 8.Pour the cake batter on the pan

STEP 9.Bake at 370f for 10mins, then 320f for 30mins,cover with aluminium foil

STEP 10.Take out from oven and drop , serve
