A quick japanese dessert of old-fashioned Japanese sponge cake prepared from milk, egg mixture, honey and bread flour.

Heat the oven to 370c
Beat eggs with sugar in 3 parts for 10mins
In a bowl mix milk and honey, heat lukewarm to melt the honey
Stif the bread flour and set aside
Add half of mik mixture with egg mixture and add breadflour
Give a good mix by hand with spatula.
Line a paper on a baking sheet
Pour the cake batter on the pan
Bake at 370f for 10mins, then 320f for 30mins,cover with aluminium foil
Take out from oven and drop , serve
