STEP 2.Add ½ tsp ajwain, 1 tsp cumin and ½ tsp salt. mix well.
STEP 3.2. Now pour 2 tbsp hot oil and mix well.
STEP 4.crumble and mix until the flour turns moist.
STEP 5.further, add water and start to knead.
STEP 6.knead to a smooth and soft dough adding water if required.
STEP 7.3. Now roll the dough by greasing oil to the rolling pin.
STEP 8.4. Roll to slightly thick thickness.
STEP 9.using a bottle cap make a moon-like shape.
STEP 10.now deep fry in hot oil, keeping the flame on low.
STEP 11.5. Stir occasionally, and fry until the namak pare turns golden and crunchy.
STEP 12.6. Drain off to remove excess oil.
STEP 13.7. Now add ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp chaat masala and ¼ tsp salt.
STEP 14.8. Mix well making sure the spices are well coated.
