#BPF Mexican Street corn or Elote is a traditional street food in mexico. It is a corn on the cob to make on the grill and is a perfect side dish that everyone will enjoy! It's easy to make and delicious. It can be in any form grilled, sauteed, steamed, fried or popped.

Ingredients for Mexican corn on the cob Recipe

  • 1 Pieces corns on cob
  • 0.13 Cup butter
  • 1/2 g Red chilli powder, or a little paprika powder for colour
  • 1/2 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 As Required For Ganishing Freah coriander leaves
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Pieces Cheese cube
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

Directions: Mexican Corn On The Cob Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take 2 corns on cob and remove the husk off the corn.
  • STEP 2.* In a pan, Cover and Boil the corn for about 10-15 minutes and set aside.
  • STEP 3.*Heat grill pan, place boiled corn, grease with butter and grill( Cook from all sides until charred)
  • STEP 4.Assembling:-
  • STEP 5.*Brush corn with butter.
  • STEP 6.* Now sprinkle paprika powder/ chilly powder on it and salt to taste.
  • STEP 7.* Squeeze lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves.
  • STEP 8.* In a piping cone, add white mayonnaise and spread it on corn cob in zig zag manner. Add 1 tsp tomato ketchup in white mayonnaise, mix it and do the same on corn cob with red mayonnaise.
  • STEP 9.* Grate cheese cube on it.
  • STEP 10.* Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves on it and around.
  • STEP 11.* Serve hot with lime wedges.
