Ingredients For Kadhi pakoras Recipe

• 0.5 kilogram Yogurt
• 4 tablespoon Gram flour
• coriander leaves a handful
• 4 Green chillies
• 1 flakes Red chilli tbsp
• As required Salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
• 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
• 1 onion sliced thinly
• 1.5 As required water , nearly to 2 cups
• FOR THE PAKORAS
• 1 cup Gram flour
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 pinch turmeric or two
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• As required Salt
• 1 pinch Baking soda i never use it
• 2 onion sliced
• 0.25 As required water to make a thick batter. It will be th of a cup
• For the tempering
• 2 tablespoon Oil
• 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
• Curry leaves few
• 4 Dry red chillies
