Directions : Jjajangmyeon & Jjajangbap Recipe

STEP 1. Peel and chop all the vegetables.

STEP 1.2. Stir fry the pork over high heat until crispy.

STEP 2.3. Now add radish, potatoes, onion and squash and then stir fry.

STEP 3.4. Add black bean paste and mix well.

STEP 4.5. Add 2 cups of water after 4 minutes.

STEP 5.6. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

STEP 6.7. Mix potato starch powder with water. Then slowly pour in the wok. Keep stirring.

STEP 7.8. Then at the end add sesame oil and then cook.

STEP 8.9. Chop the cucumbers in strips and serve the pork in a serving bowl. Along with the noodles and some sauce.
