Ingredients for Udon Noodles Salad Recipe

  • 1 No.s Wasabi pack
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hot pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hot pepper paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Soy bean paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 cup Dried kelp
  • 1 cup Dried anchovies
  • 2 No.s Cellophane noodles pack
  • 1 cup Cooked short grain rice

Directions: Udon Noodles Salad Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. Add vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, sugar, oyster sauce, wasabi, minced garlic and sesame seeds in a jar. Mix well.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2. Boil 2 blocks of udon noodles on medium and drain them out. In a clean dry bowl, add the dressing we made earlier and chop all the vegetables.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3. In a serving bowl put the kelp leaves, tomatoes, blueberries, noodles and drizzle the dressing over all. Serve together.
