It’s hard to explain, but the texture is unlike any other noodle. They’re soft and silky, with a slightly sweet taste.

  • 1 No.s korean instant noodles pack
  • 1 cup uncooked grain rice
  • 0.67 tablespoon fermented kimchi
  • 1 cup Soybean sprouts
  • As required Broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 No.s seasoning powder pack
  • 1 No.s dried veggie pack
  • 2 tablespoon kimchi broth and green onion

Directions: Korean Noodles Rice Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. In a cup of water add the ingredients for the broth. Mix together.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2. Put the rice in the cooker, then a layer of kimchi,  bean sprouts and noodles. At last pour the broth and cook. The noodles will be ready in 18 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Garnish with some green onions.
