Ingredients for Korean Bbq Recipe

  • 1.50 kilogram Beef ribs
  • 0.33 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.33 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 8 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1 No.s Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 No.s Korean Pear
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Black ground pepper
  • As required Soybean paste
  • As required Hot pepper paste
  • 1 No.s Green Onions
  • As required A few Lettuce
  • As required A few Perilla leaves
  • 1 No.s Green chilli pepper
  • As required A few Cucumber and carrot slices

Directions: Korean Bbq Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. Marinade in a large bowl add ⅓ cup (each) of soy sauce, water, cooking wine, honey.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2. Blend the pear and cloves of garlic and a medium onion and chopped ginger and mix well.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3. Rinse and clean the ribs and marinate it with the mixtures prepared.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4. Dipping sauce mix soy bean paste, hot pepper paste, chopped green onion, minced garlic, honey, sesame oil, sesame seeds and mix together.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5. Put the lettuce and perilla leaves, cucumbers on a plate.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6. Grill the pan and cook the ribs for 5 minutes. Put it on the plate and pour dipping sauce, garlic, green chilli pepper and serve.
