  • 170 gram korean cellophane noodles
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 140 gram Spinach
  • 1 cup seasoned dried laver
  • 1/2 cup fried fish cake
  • 1/2 cup pickled radish
  • As required Sesame Seeds
  • As required Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon hot pepper paste
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar

step 1

  • STEP 1.Make the sauce mixing ingredients of the sauce. Boil the noodles for 7 minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Cut the radish and cut stripes of fish cakes. blanch the spinach and chop it.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Coat noodles with soy sauce. Place in a plate, all the vegetables and the sauce.
