  • 1 No.s Noodles pack
  • 227 gram Pork Belly
  • 1 cup Radish
  • 1 cup Korean squash
  • 1 cup Potato
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • As required Cooking Oil
  • As required Black bean paste
  • As required Starch powder
  • As required A few drops Sesame oil
  • 1 No.s Cucumbers
  • 2 cup Water

Directions: Jjajangmyeon & Jjajangbap Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. Peel and chop all the vegetables.

step 2

  • STEP 1.2. Stir fry the pork over high heat until crispy.

step 3

  • STEP 2.3. Now add radish, potatoes, onion and squash and then stir fry.

step 4

  • STEP 3.4. Add black bean paste and mix well.

step 5

  • STEP 4.5. Add 2 cups of water after 4 minutes.

  • STEP 5.6. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

  • STEP 6.7. Mix potato starch powder with water. Then slowly pour in the wok. Keep stirring.

  • STEP 7.8. Then at the end add sesame oil and then cook.

step 9

  • STEP 8.9. Chop the cucumbers in strips and serve the pork in a serving bowl. Along with the noodles and some sauce.
