• 1 Small turnip, peeled and chopped
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Each dried marjoram, thyme and rosemary, crushed
• 0.125 teaspoon Pepper
• 2 tablespoon All purpose flour
• 3 tablespoon Fat free milk
• 0.5 teaspoon Browning sauce, optional
• 3 tablespoon Minced Fresh Parsley
