Cooking Directions

STEP 2.Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
STEP 3.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
STEP 4.Remove from the microwave and stir the mixture.
STEP 5.Cover again and microwave for another 1-2 minutes until the mochi is cooked and elastic.
STEP 6.Let the mochi cool slightly before shaping and filling with desired fillings.
