• 1 Med white onion chopped
• 3 tablespoon Olive oil
• 2 tablespoon Minced garlic
• 8 cup Beef broth
• 28 ounce 1 can crushed italian tomatoes
• 14.5 ounce 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
• 6 ounce 1 can tomato paste
• 15.5 ounce 1 can cannellini beans
• 1 cup Yellow squash
• 2 Stalks of celery chopped
• 1.5 cup Carrots chopped
• 1 Small head of cabbage chopped
• 3 tablespoon Italian seasoning
• 2 dash Hot sauce
• 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
