STEP 1.In a pot cook the cabbage in boiling water for 2 mins
STEP 2.Cool and mince
STEP 3.In a bowl add the first 8 ingredients and mix well
STEP 4.Take a gyoza wrappers add 1tbsp of the mixture
STEP 5.Fold into half and moisten the edge
STEP 6.Make pleats on the edges

STEP 1.In a pan heat oil on medium heat

STEP 1.Place gyoza on the pan and cook until the bottom get golden brown

STEP 1.Add water immediately and cook until boil
step 10
STEP 1.For dipping sauce mix soy sauce , rice vinegar and chili oil
