• 250 gram white urad dal
• 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
• 1 tablespoon chopped green chillies
• 1 pinch hing
• 2 tablespoon water for grinding
• For the stuffing
• 0.5 cup freshly grated coconut
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped green chillies
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
• 1 tablespoon green chutney
• 1 pinch red chilli powder
• 1 pinch Salt
• oil for deep frying
• For the curd mixture
• 3 cup beaten curd
• As required Salt
• 2 tablespoon Sugar
• 1 pinch kala namak
• 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon roasted and ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon green chutney
• Sufficient water with some salt in a big vessel to soak the badas
