Ingredients For Gujia dahi badas with fresh coconut stuffing Recipe
For the batter
250 gram white urad dal
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon chopped green chillies
1 pinch hing
2 tablespoon water for grinding
For the stuffing
0.5 cup freshly grated coconut
1 teaspoon finely chopped green chillies
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
1 tablespoon green chutney
1 pinch red chilli powder
1 pinch Salt
oil for deep frying
For the curd mixture
3 cup beaten curd
As required Salt
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 pinch kala namak
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon roasted and ground cumin
1 tablespoon green chutney
Sufficient water with some salt in a big vessel to soak the badas
