This yummy chutney made with freshly grated coconut can be whipped up in about 20 minutes or so. Easy to make with simple ingredients and this one for sure is an instant hit with many a busy people who can rely upon this for a healthy and a filling meal. Goes absolutely well with idlis, dosas, uttappams and also khichdi. It can be stored for a couple of days in the refrigerator without any problem. It can also be used as a dip for many pakoras and as a spread for lovely sandwiches too. It can be put to a multipurpose use as desired.
