• 15 ounce 2 . cans cannelloni beans rinsed and drained
• 15 ounce 2 . cans diced tomatoes one drained, the other undrained
• 11 ounce 1 . can mexicorn drained
• 0.5 cup Salsa any heat you want
• 10 Tostado shells
• Shredded cheese to serve
• Sliced jalapeno and avocado to serve
