This healthy mackerel, grilled mackerel, and fennel salad are prepared from mackerel, fennel, humous, sauces, tomatoes, avocados, basil leaves, and seasoning ingredients.
Ingredients For Grilled Mackerel And Fennel Salad Recipe
1 large Mackerel
1 large thinly sliced Fennel bulb
1 sliced large Onion
2 tablespoonful of Houmous
3 tablespoonfuls of Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 tablespoonful of Organic Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoonful of Chilli sauce
30 gram sun dried Tomatoes
1 medium sized peeled Avocado chunks
30 gram Basil leaves
As required Salt
As required Pepper

STEP 1.Slice the fennel and onions very thinly, and then add it to a mixing bowl.
STEP 2.Put the fennels and onions on one side of the bowl and add the organic cider vinegar and extra virgin oil (the acid of the vinegar will help cook the fennel and onion and will soften them).
STEP 3.Now add 2tbsp houmous and a dash of chili sauce mix all the liquid ingredients thoroughly
STEP 4.Next, add salt and pepper to taste and mix them as well. (you can add more vinegar and oil to maintain the consistency you want). Now mix the fennels and onions with the liquid dressing and mix all of them well.

STEP 1.Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut the head off the mackerel and preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

STEP 1.Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste to the mackerel.

STEP 1.Grill the mackerel from both sides evenly. Now take off the skin and bones from the fish.

STEP 1.Dice half an avocado and add it to the salad, sprinkle some dried tomatoes, and shredded the mackerel.
STEP 5.Garnish it with some basil leaves and it’s ready. This salad is high in mineral, fiber, and protein.
