Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until golden brown.
• STEP 2.Add minced meat and cook until it turns brown. Add turmeric, cumin, coriander, and red chili powder. Mix well.
• STEP 3.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft. Then, add coconut milk and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
• STEP 4.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.

Cooking Tips

• You can use any minced meat of your choice like chicken, lamb, or beef.
• Adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
• For a thicker curry, you can reduce the amount of coconut milk or simmer for a longer time.
