  • 125 gram Ground Meat
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 3/4 cloves Cloves Of Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 inch Ginger, Grated
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • as required Handful Of Fresh Coriander Leaves, Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup Water

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together ground meat, chopped onions, garlic, ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Shape the mixture into small meatballs and set aside.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • STEP 4.In the same pan, add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well combined.
  • STEP 6.Add coconut milk and water to the pan and bring to a simmer. Add the fried meatballs and cook for 10-15 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through and the curry has thickened.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.

Cooking Tips

  • You can use a combination of ground beef and ground pork for the meatballs for a more flavorful result.
  • If you prefer a spicier curry, you can add more red chili powder or green chilies.
  • For a creamier curry, you can add a tablespoon of cashew paste or ground almonds to the sauce.
