• 4 cup Diced cooked chicken
• 2.5 cup Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and/or cooked; or a mixture of cooked peas and carrots
• 2.25 cup King arthur unbleached self rising flour
• 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh chives or parsley or 2 teaspoons dried. optional
• 0.75 cup Buttermilk
• 1 Large egg
• 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
