STEP 1.Take water in a pan and add little salt and a tsp of oil to it. When water starts boiling add cakes of noodles and cook as per the instructions given on the package.
STEP 2.Take out in a sieve when done and wash with cold water to stop further cooking.
STEP 3.Keep aside
STEP 4.Take a wok and add sesame and chilli oil.
STEP 5.Once the oil is hot, add garlic and ginger minced and fry for a few seconds.
STEP 6.Add onion, green chillies (I didn’t use)and white part of spring onion and fry for a minute.
STEP 7.Add carrot, capsicum and cabbage and fry for another minute.
STEP 8.Add soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce and stir.
STEP 9.Add in salt and boiled noodles and toss nicely.
STEP 10.Cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
STEP 11.Garnish with spring onion greens.
STEP 12.Serve hot.
