How to Make Chinese Bhel Recipe
In a saucepan of boiling water, add 150 g noodles and cook till half done. Rinse and strain the noodles.
In a large mixing bowl add the fried noodles, 1 capsicum thinly sliced, 1 large onion thinly sliced, 1 carrot thinly sliced, 1 tomato diced, 1 cup green moong sprouts and ½ cup date tamarind chutney (or more if desired), 1 tsp mint mint chutney, 1 tsp schezwan sauce to taste (or more if desired).
Toss all the ingredients to mix well so that the noodles are well coated. Taste and adjust seasoning. The bhel is ready.
