Ingredients for Chinese Bhel Recipe

  • 150 gram Noodles
  • 1 No.s Capsicum thinly sliced
  • 1 No.s Large onion thinly sliced
  • 1 No.s Carrot thinly sliced
  • 1 No.s Tomato Diced
  • 1 cup Green moong sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Date tamarind chutney
  • 1 teaspoon Mint chutney
  • 1 teaspoon Schezwan sauce
  • As required Salt

Directions: Chinese Bhel Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a saucepan of boiling water, add 150 g noodles and cook till half done. Rinse and strain the noodles.

  • STEP 1.In a large mixing bowl add the fried noodles, 1 capsicum thinly sliced, 1 large onion thinly sliced, 1 carrot thinly sliced, 1 tomato diced, 1 cup green moong sprouts and ½ cup date tamarind chutney (or more if desired), 1 tsp mint mint chutney, 1 tsp schezwan sauce to taste (or more if desired).

  • STEP 1.Toss all the ingredients to mix well so that the noodles are well coated. Taste and adjust seasoning. The bhel is ready.
