This is my creation with a twist on the traditional tikka i usually love curry leaf flavour and this tikka is finger licking good this recipe is also very healthy with plenty of curry leaves and a amla dip.

For the tikka
10 Button Mushrooms
5 sprig Curry leaves
1.5 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
0.5 teaspoon chilli powder
0.5 teaspoon pepper powder
0.25 teaspoon Garam Masala
0.25 teaspoon amchur powder
3.5 tablespoon Thick curd
2 teaspoon besan flour
1 Big onion chopped into cubes
3 tablespoon oil for cooking tikka
NaN salt as needed
For the Amla chilli Dip
1 Amla, big variety
2 Green chilli
1 teaspoon coriander leaf
