STEP 1.In a large mixing bowl take ½ cup of curd, 2 tbsp of besan / gram flour, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder / jeera powder, 2 tbsp lemon juice.
STEP 2.Add ½ tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp ajwain / carom seeds, 2 tsp oil, ½ tsp kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.
STEP 3.Mix well to form a thick batter .
STEP 4.Then add 10 small mushrooms, ½ diced onion, ½ diced capsicum.
STEP 5.Mix gently coating the marinade sauce over the vegetables.
STEP 6.Cover the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
STEP 7.Then insert the marinated mushroom, capsicum and onions into skewers.
STEP 8.Roast it on a hot tawa and spread a tsp of oil over the tikka. Or grill in the oven or tandoor.
STEP 9.Roast on medium flame and keep turning the skewer.
STEP 10.Sprinkle chat masala over the tikka and serve mushroom tikka hot on a plate.
