• 0.5 cup Dry white wine you can use more broth to replace
• As required Sea salt to taste
• As required Freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 3 tablespoon Finely chopped chives optional
• 4 tablespoon Butter
• 0.5 cup Freshly grated parmesan cheese
