Directions : Coconut-Lemongrass Gravy Recipe

Cooking Directions

STEP 1.In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, and 2 stalks of lemongrass (bruised and cut into pieces).
STEP 2.Add 1 can of coconut milk, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, and 1 teaspoon of cumin powder.
STEP 3.Simmer for 10 minutes, then remove the lemongrass pieces.
STEP 4.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
