• 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

• 1 Head of cauliflower, cut into florets
• 2 tablespoon Ghee or coconut oil
• Sea salt and pepper
• 1 bunch Large coriander
• 1 Clove Garlic
• 0.25 cup Cashew nuts
• 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, Finely Grated
• 1 Zest and juice of lime
• 1 tablespoon Coconut oil or macadamia oil
