Directions : Clay Pot Rice Recipe

STEP 1.1. Add soy sauce on the meat, cornstarch. Keep aside for 2 hours.

STEP 2.2. Pre mix sauce - oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine and mix aside.

STEP 3.3. Wash rice 2 - 3 times. Cook rice and bring to boil. Then cook and simmer.

STEP 4.1. Then add the chicken pieces into the rice. Add roasted pork, sausage and mushrooms. add ginger slices and pre mix sauce, cook for 30 minutes.

STEP 5.2. After 30 minutes the rice is ready serve with cilantro.
