Ingredients for Macau Clay Pot Recipe

  • 4 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soybean
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon five spice seasoning
  • 2 cup long grain rice
  • 1 No.s Carrot
  • 1 No.s lap cheong
  • 85 gram roasted duck meat
  • 1 No.s baby bok choy
  • 3 tablespoon green onion

Directions: Macau Clay Pot Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Boil some water in a pot, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, ground turmeric and five seasoning and soybean paste. Mix well. When the pot comes to boil add the rice in it.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Chopped green onions, sliced carrots and lap cheong will be added after 2 minutes. Bring to boil again. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 1.After 30 minutes add the duck meat and baby bok choy then cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the stove and cover up. Serve fresh.
