Ingredients for Clay Pot Rice Recipe

  • 1 piece Chicken thigh
  • 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 2 No.s chinese sausage
  • 110 gram pork
  • 4 No.s dried mushroom
  • 2 cup long grain rice
  • 4 cup Water
  • 50 gram Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, sesame oil and rice wine

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. Add soy sauce on the meat, cornstarch. Keep aside for 2 hours.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2. Pre mix sauce - oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine and mix aside.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3. Wash rice 2 - 3 times. Cook rice and bring to boil. Then cook and simmer.

step 4

  • STEP 4.1. Then add the chicken pieces into the rice. Add roasted pork, sausage and mushrooms.  add ginger slices and pre mix sauce, cook for 30 minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 5.2. After 30 minutes the rice is ready serve with cilantro.
