Directions : Chinese Potato Fry Recipe

STEP 1.Slice raw potato and tomato

STEP 2.Chop onion

STEP 3.Grind sliced tomato and make a paste

STEP 4.1.add oil and heat it.

STEP 5.2.add sliced potato and fry for 5 mins at medium flame

STEP 6.3.now add 2 tbsp oil,add cinnamon stick,cloves,onion(chopped )and saute for 2 mins

STEP 7.4.then add ginger garlic paste

STEP 8.5.add grinded tomato paste and saute for 2 mins

STEP 9.6.add red chilli powder and water

STEP 10.7.cook for 2 mins

STEP 11.8.now add soya sauce and tomato sauce.

STEP 12.9.then add salt and saute for a min.

STEP 13.10.add spring onion and coriander leaves and mix.
