Ingredients for Chinese Potato Fry Recipe

  • 3 Raw Potato
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • As required Few Spring onion
  • As required Few coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 liter Oil
  • 1/4 glass Water
  • 2 No.s Cinnamon sticks
  • 3 No.s Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
  • 3/4 tablespoon Salt

  • STEP 1.Slice raw potato and tomato

  • STEP 2.Chop onion

step 3

  • STEP 3.Grind sliced tomato and make a paste

step 5

  • STEP 4.1.add oil and heat it.

step 6

  • STEP 5.2.add sliced potato and fry for 5 mins at medium flame

step 7

  • STEP 6.3.now add 2 tbsp oil,add cinnamon stick,cloves,onion(chopped )and saute for 2 mins

  • STEP 7.4.then add ginger garlic paste

step 9

  • STEP 8.5.add grinded tomato paste and saute for 2 mins

step 10

  • STEP 9.6.add red chilli powder and water

step 11

  • STEP 10.7.cook for 2 mins

step 12

  • STEP 11.8.now add soya sauce and tomato sauce.

step 13

  • STEP 12.9.then add salt and saute for a min.

step 14

  • STEP 13.10.add spring onion and coriander leaves and mix.
