• 1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
• 1 Egg yolk
• 2 teaspoon Cornflour
• 2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
• 300 gram Hokkien noodles
• 1 tablespoon Peanut oil
• 1 liter Massel chicken style liquid stock
• 100 gram Snow peas, trimmed, thinly sliced
• 1 Carrot, thinly sliced diagonally
• 1 bunch Broccolini, trimmed, halved
• 2 teaspoon Sesame oil
• Sliced red chilli, to serve
