• 1 Bag lettuce with carrots and red cabbage
• 1 can Small mandarin oranges drained
• 1 cup Chow Mein Noodles
• 3 Green Onions Finely Chopped
• 2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro Finely Chopped
• For the dressing
• 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon Creamy peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Honey
• 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger Grated
• 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce less or none if you don't like it with a little heat mine was very mild
