Serving with plain rice,paranthas, it tastes awesome..
STEP 1.First heat the kadai and add oil, then add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cardamom thrn add onion slices. Fry untill golden brown.
STEP 2.Then add tomato paste and ginger paste and garlic, potato mix.
STEP 3.After 2 minz add chicken and fry for 5 minz. Then add salt, turmeric, chilli powder and mix . Fry for another 5-7 minz.add water if needed.
STEP 4.Then add required water cover and cook untill all veggies and chicken is properly cooked.
STEP 5.Remove the cover add garam masala and rest for 5 another minz in low flame.
STEP 6.Serve with steamed rice or hot parathas..
