Ingredients for Easiest chicken malai kebab Recipe
100 gm Boneless chicken
0.17 cup Cornflour
As Required Salt
As Required Pepper
0.17 cup Milk powder
0.67 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
0.67 tsp white oil
0.33 Pieces Egg
As Required Nutmeg powder
Directions: Easiest Chicken Malai Kebab Recipe
STEP 1.First make apaste of the chicken. Then add egg, salt, pepper, milk powder, ginger garlic paste, nutmeg powder. Mix all ingredients using hand.
STEP 2.Then add cornflour gradually as required not more than 1/2 cup.
STEP 3.Now rest for 30 minz.
STEP 4.Now in a water shoked stick add the chicken, make a cylindrical kabab shape. Then heat a tawa brush oil and add kebabs one by one and fry. Then put in the gas flame for the burnt finish.
STEP 5.Your jugadu wala malai kabab is ready ..
