Ingredients for Tandoori chicken Recipe

  • 166.67 gm Chicken boneless
  • 33.33 gm hung curd
  • 0.33 tbsp everest tandoori masala
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.67 teaspoon Kashmiri mirch powder
  • 0.33 A Pinch Kasoori methi crush
  • 0.33 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 0.33 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.17 Pieces Lemon juice
  • 0.33 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste

Directions: Tandoori Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken pieces with lemon juice and salt for 15 minz. Then remove the liquid. Now marinate it with hung curd, tandoori masala, mustard oil, Ginger garlic and Kashmiri mirch and leave for at least 30 minz. Now screw the chicken pieces into the kebab stick and grill it properly. Brushing ghee side bt side.
