Spicy garlic fried chicken Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

Spicy garlic fried chicken is stir-fried with vegetables and a sweet, sour, spicy sauce. It is based on a chinese dish but modified to suit our tastes, with indian ingredients. In my version, i infuse the cooking oil with red chili, garlic, cabbage and onions to make the lightly fried chicken spicy, garlicky, and tasty. And if you want a non-spicy version, just leave out the spicy stuff. This dish is fast to make:it fries quickly because it’s made with boneless pieces of chicken.
