Ingredients for Bengali style Chicken rezala Recipe
1/5 kg Chicken
1/10 cup Onion beresta
1/5 cup Onion juice
1/5 g Ginger garlic paste
40 gm Curd
0.80 Pieces Kababchini
0.40 Pieces Cinemon stick
0.80 Pieces Clove
0.60 Pieces Cardamom
1/5 Pieces Bay leaf
0.80 Pieces Red chilli
1/5 teaspoon Shahi jeera
0.80 Pieces Black pepper
As Required Salt
As Required Suger
0.40 Tbsp Ghee
1/5 drop Meetha Attar
1/5 tbsp Kewra water
Directions: Bengali Style Chicken Rezala Recipe
STEP 1.First heat a pan add ghee and all whole spices.
STEP 2.Then add chicken and fry for 2-3 minz.
STEP 3.Now add ginger garlic paste and onion juice.
STEP 4.Cook for 5 minz. Cover the lid.
STEP 5.Now in a bowl add curd, salt and suger and beat properly.
Now add the mixture to the gravy and mix well in low flame. Cover it for another 10 minz.
Now remove the lid, check the chicken is well cooked or not. Then add kewra water and meetha attar. And cover for 2 minz more.
Delicious chicken rezala is ready... Serve with parantha, naan,kulcha or roti.
