Ingredients for Zero oil tandoori chicken Recipe

  • 250 gm Chicken
  • 75 gm Hung curd of cow milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Tandoori masala
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch
  • 1 g Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 Pieces Lemon juice

Directions: Zero Oil Tandoori Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.First prick the chicken using fork and add salt and lemon juice. Marinate for 30minz.then Remove the liquid substance.
  • STEP 2.Now in a bowl add curd, kashmiri red chilli powder, tandoori masala, and ginger garlic paste. Then mix well. And add chicken pieces, cover and marinate for another 30minz.
  • STEP 3.Now in a pressure cooker add the chicken including marrination and cook fir 2 whistles.
  • STEP 4.Now remove the steam and add the chicken in a frying pan, including the liquid part.
  • STEP 5.Now heat the pan and cook the chicken for 5minz. All masalas will cook properly and stuck in chicken now.
  • STEP 6.Now if u wish u can grill the chicken in the gas oven. Or u can serve it now. As we've cooked it on pressure cooker its properly cooked before time, its convenient too.
  • STEP 7.Your zero oil soft juicy tandoori chicken is ready to serve.
