• 2 Cloves of garlic, crushed
• 0.25 teaspoon 1 spring of fresh thyme, or dried thyme
• 0.25 teaspoon Freshly crushed black pepper, or more to taste
• 1 Bayleaf, dried and fresh
• 0.5 cup Full fat milk or low fat milk
• As required Salt
• 1 cup Curds, at room temperature
