STEP 1.Combine maida,soda bi carb and ghee mix well gently. Add curd and little water make a smooth dough. Devide the dough into 8-10 equal size balls and flatten it and make a hole in the center. Fry in oil or ghee till golden brown from both sides. Keep aside.
STEP 2.Heat sugar and water on medium flame to make a thick syrup. If the syrup is harden quickly it is ready for balushahi. Now dip balushahi to this syrup for 15-20 mins. Remove from syrup and place them into a greased plate. When the syrup is dried balushahi is ready to serve. You can use coloured dessicated coconut for garnishing. Try balushahi during this Diwali.
