STEP 1.*Combine together deseeded gooseberry,,coconut,green chilly and salt.
STEP 2.*Grind well using little water to make a smooth chutney.
STEP 3.*Add curd to the chutney and mix well.
STEP 4.*Heat coconut oil in a kadhai, splutter mustard, fry red chilly and curry leaf.
STEP 5.*Add chutney to the kadhai, stir well.Cook for 1 min.
STEP 6.*Immediately turn off the stove, do not overheat or boil.
STEP 7.*Serve with sambar-rice as a delicious side dish.
